Many of my clients are veterans, military families, or neurodivergent people learning to navigate a world that doesn’t always feel built for them. As a down-to-earth counsellor, army veteran, and neurodivergent human, I bring both training and lived experience. I understand military pressures, identity shifts, and challenges of neurodivergence. My approach blends talk therapy, somatic tools, and creative techniques. I also offer outdoor sessions in Darlington and Richmond parks.
