Life can be incredibly painful and confusing. There can be times we don’t know what to do or where to turn. Counselling and psychotherapy can offer a safe space to try and work things out and find a better, more fulfilling way of life. It can sometimes helpful to look at the past, to help us better understand And heal the present. I have over 20 years experience. I also work for BACP - British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy in the Professional Standards team.
I work with what hurts. I have worked extensively in the fields of trauma, abuse and addictions. I also work with a wide range of life’s problems and offer understanding and acceptance to the most frightened and vulnerable aspects of self. The parts we just don’t feel able to show other people for fear of what they might think or do.
