Hello, I’m Tracey - I'm a queer identifying Counsellor and Supervisor and have been offering therapeutic support since 2004. My training in the person centred approach means I believe we all have capacity for healing and growth, despite any obstacles that may get in the way. I will support you to explore your feelings and how you experience yourself in the world and in relation to others. The aim is to empower you to be able to take control over your life and make choices that feel right for you.
I am passionate about providing a high quality queer and neurodivergent friendly practice where people feel accepted and understood. I have recently added supervision to my practice and am interested in working with colleagues with a GSRD focus. If you are looking for a supervisor or some additional supervision, please feel free to contact me.
Talking to friends and family may feel difficult so I can offer you a neutral space to help you try and make sense of your feelings and what is happening for you. Feel free to contact me for an initial session which would give us an opportunity to see if we feel comfortable working together.
