My name is Tracey and I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. My work in mental health began in 2003 when I volunteered for a helpline for children. Since then I have either been in education or working in mental health. I specialize in working with adults with mental health problems. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) both CBT and EMDR are evidence based psychological approaches to treat a wide range of emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), adjustment difficulties
I specialise in treating depression, anxiety disorders, stress, low self-esteem and trauma. I have significant experience working in the NHS, voluntary and private settings. I will tailor the treatment to suit your specific needs, rather than fitting you into a 'one-size fits all' model. We work together as a team in a safe environment.
