Hi, I'm Tracey and I am a psychotherapist (MA)  and counsellor (dip).   I work with both adults and children.  I work online, and by telephone or in person at a private practice in Bratton, Wiltshire.  I am experienced working with trauma, anxiety, stress, depression and common relationship problems. I also have ten years experience of working with clients who have diagnosed or suspected neurodiversity, helping them to come to terms with 'difference' and it's affects, both societally, personally and emotionally.
I provide a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their emotions, gain self-awareness and make positive changes in their lives, through therapy that speaks to the individual, whether that looks like talk therapy, art therapy, play therapy, dance, movement and body awareness. As a somatic psychotherapist, I will always consider embodied emotions.

I will pace the work, so that it will not re-traumatise and will work with the nervous system and body which is vital to healing trauma.
