As an integrative therapist I offer a range of therapeutic approaches, and work to ensure that your individual needs are understood, acknowledged and validated. Every person is different, and so I provide a safe space to explore your needs and therapeutic goals, before we agree on the work to be completed.
I offer both long and short term therapy, but always look to make links between present difficulties and past, deeper distresses. I believe that making these connections is integral in resolving inner conflicts, relieving us of long term emotional and psychological pain, and leaving behind patterns of behaviour that restrict us in life.
