If you’re reading this I'm guessing life has thrown you a few curveballs and you're hoping that I may be able to help you. I have 12 years experience working with adults and children who feel confused, disconnected and traumatised. This may present as anxiety, depression or CPTSD. I can help make sense of these feelings through psycho education and strategies to help regulate your system. If you have been part of a narcissistic/ abusive relationship, I can help you understand why it continues to hurt so much, and move into a more fulfilling chapter of your life. I work predominately person centred however, I integrate other modalities into my practice. I work creatively and can offer walk and talk sessions and soft therapy for children and young people.
