We can feel lonely and isolated within the problem, this is when counselling can give you the space to explore what is causing the problem without the advice or direction that family and friends can sometime give.
I work with my client to build a relationship that is warm and trusting. It is important that my clients feel safely held emotionally. Working within a Person Centred model with my clients at the centre of the work, I can enable them to explore what ever is needed with out judgement or advice..
