We've all experienced times in our lives when we've felt 'bogged down', 'running on empty', 'at the end of our tether' and this sense of emotional and physical overwhelm can often happen when there's a lot going on. Things can build up and 'life' suddenly feels too much. When we're very stressed, anxious, depressed we can easily get stuck in black and white thinking and lose sight of what it feels like to thrive (and not just survive).
