I have worked with many different people - with different needs - from people recovering from addiction(s), people living with feelings of depression and anxiety, neurodivergent folks, to those coping with bereavement and people dealing with abuse, violence and trauma. I'm especially passionate about working with people with traumatic life experiences and those from the LGBTQ+ community. I am a cisgender bisexual and queer woman and I use she/her pronouns. I work with an open-mindset and am poly/kink/bsdm aware. I work in a gender affirming way. I pride myself on being warm, friendly and down-to-earth.

Hey, I’m Kay. I’m a therapist and supervisor, and I work online with people living with OCD. I know firsthand how relentless and isolating it can feel—and how important it is to find support that actually gets it.
I offer a flexible and non clinical approach to sessions which can be relaxed and informal but also structured too.
I’m a skills-based therapist, which means I’ll support you to build practical tools and confidence, so you can become your own OCD therapist in a way that works for you. We go at your pace, always with kindness, humour and a whole lot of compassion.

My practice is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and change when given the right conditions of empathy, understanding, and authenticity. I aim to help clients develop greater self-awareness, build on their resilience and make sense of the challenges they face.

Hello, my name is Maria. I qualified as a specialist child & adolescent counsellor in 2011. Since this date I've been privileged to support hundreds of young people, plus their parents and educators, to cope with the many emotional hurdles faced during childhood and beyond. My friendly, empathetic, calm personality, allows me to form and sustain strong therapeutic alliances. In sessions I blend talking, creative, and play therapies, to best suit the young persons needs. My roles within International and U.K. schools have enhanced my understanding of cultural diversity, and the challenges of transitions for young people.

If you are having unwelcome thoughts, confused or feeling a lack of connection to yourself , others and life, then this can be an opportunity to be heard, without judgement in a safe, confidential space. When people have the chance to unravel what is getting in the way of thinking or feeling well, they can often re-evaluate their lives positively. I believe helping people to feel more understanding and in control of their reactions and interactions is a good starting point, with the possibility of looking at early conditioning that is getting in the way.
