Torden CBT provides 1-1 online psychotherapy to adults and young people using a cognitive behavioural approach. I am a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist, specialising in Anxiety and Depression, including, OCD, GAD, Panic, Specific Phobia and Depression. In our first session I try to focus on getting to know you as a whole person, to help gain a joint understanding of your experiences and how they influence you today.
At Torden CBT we use CBT and evidence-based interventions to maximise recovery and prevent relapse, and do so by personalising therapy to the needs of the individual. I am a straight forward, open, honest and approachable person.
My aim is to help people recover and lead a fulfilling life. Enabling you to gain - not only an understanding of your difficulties - but to develop a range of skills to help you overcome these and feel equipped, looking to the future, to overcome any barriers that may come your way – ultimately giving you the tools to become your own therapist.
