I have experience working with clients in areas such as stress, anxiety, low self esteem, relationship issues (self or others), sexual identity, sexuality, masculine embodiment, depression. I feel coming to therapy can be daunting as clients often do not know what to expect. I like to talk this through with clients and make sure that they feel safe and secure, and we can build a therapeutic relationship together. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space in which the you can explore your thoughts and feelings, allowing you to understand more about yourself and your relationships with others at your own pace.
Hi I'm Tony. I am a Person-Centred and non-directive Therapist. As a client you work at your own pace and only bring to the session what you want. I work with a diverse range of people to address specific habits and patterns of thinking. This can have a significant impact on your self-esteem/reliance/awareness. I am non-judgmental, empathetic and congruent.
I believe positive change and growth comes when you are given the opportunity to engage in a process that helps you develop new awareness and value for yourself. Together we will work on emotional distress and the symptoms that have prompted you to seek counselling.
