I work with adults and young people navigating ADHD, neurodiversity, sexuality, sexual wellbeing, sexual trauma, relationship diversity, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory and kink. I welcome clients who may feel misunderstood, judged, or as though parts of who they are have not always had space to be safely explored.
I support adults and young people with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in sexuality, sexual wellbeing, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), polyamory, kink and relationship diversity, and offer a non-judgemental space to explore these areas safely.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You deserve a space where you can speak honestly, feel accepted, and explore things at your own pace. If you feel ready to begin, I am here to listen and support you.
