Working with the right counsellor can help to work through issues from the past , present day problems or looking towards the future and what you may want to change in your life.
I am an experienced counsellor working in the South London and Surrey area. I have experience of working with both young people and adults , who have found it helpful to have a regular, reliable time in their week where they are able to discuss, process and think about themselves and their lives. I offer face to face and online counselling in a safe space.
I offer a free first consultation, where we can look at how we might work together and what you might need or want to get out of counselling.
