I'm Tom, a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 12 years of experience in clinical practice. Although I work with a range of conditions, including Depression and Anxiety, I have a specialist interest in working with individuals struggling with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). My personal battles with OCD and depression allow me to empathise deeply with my clients, enabling me to provide understanding and supportive care.

I blend Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with my own personal experiences of OCD, depression, anxiety, and burnout. This unique approach allows me to develop personalised treatment plans that empower my clients to achieve their goals for therapy and to reclaim their lives.

From experience, I know that reaching out for help when we are struggling can be the hardest thing to do. My aim is to create a warm, supportive, curious and confidential environment to help you to quickly feel comfortable with me and to begin to take the first steps towards recovery.
