I am a HCPC Registered Psychologist and a Chartered member and Associate Fellow of the BPS. I am an Advanced Accredited Schema Therapist who specialises in one to one therapy with adults. I often integrate different therapeutic models to best support individuals , particularly Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am a warm and compassionate psychologist with over 15 years of experience who aims to provide a space for you to feel safe to share your experiences and to work collaboratively to help you progress towards your therapeutic goals.
I know that the prospect of engaging in therapy can be nerve wracking for some and can be a big decision in people's lives. I place importance on understanding your goals and motivation to start therapy, acknowledging that this may not be your first contact with psychology professionals, whilst for others it may be the first time you have sought therapy.
I am experienced in working with adults who present with a range of psychological difficulties, including personality disorders, trauma, self-harm, anger management and suicidal ideation.
