This is absolutely normal, and is what most people feel before the call a therapist to get help. This is where I come in. I have worked with people just like you for over 25 years. I can offer you a friendly, warm, private and productive space, where you can talk about whatever you need to, and where we can work together to find some understanding of what you’re struggling with, and some solutions to move your life forwards. This is my speciality.
With many years of hearing stories of people’s lives, I offer you a space where you’ll feel heard, where you can be yourself, completely, and where you’ll be able to work through in complete safety and privacy the issues that you’re finding difficult.
