I work collaboratively with you to identify your goals, while providing a safe space for you to explore those area that matters most to you in order to reach the changes that you want to see in your life. Hi, my name is Tola and I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. I am able to work with you on a range of issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, bereavement/ loss, self-harm, motivation and stress, to name just a few. I am experienced in working with adults, young people and children. I also work as an EAP counsellor.
I offer nationwide online sessions with availability throughout the week/Saturday AM. I can offer in-person sessions in the Thurrock area, so do let me know if this is your preference.
