About
Welcome to my profile. My name is Toby and I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor. Through my work as a counsellor, I have often found that when people can better understand and express themselves, they become more able to resolve issues and challenges, and move towards what feels right for them. If you are experiencing emotional distress and want support, or if you want to understand yourself better, I believe counselling could help you.
In our sessions, I will help you identify what you are struggling with so that we can unpack what is happening together. I aim to create a safe space in which you feel accepted just as you are, a space where you can explore whatever feels most important to you, free from judgement.
I offer an initial meeting, up to 50 minutes, at the discounted rate of £25. It is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have, consider what you might want to explore and for us to see if we would be a good fit. My hope is that, from this initial meeting, you will get a sense of me and what counselling together might be like.
