I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience in private practice. I work with adults and specialise working with Anxiety, Stress and Depression. I create a safe, open and non-judgemental space for you to explore your worries and concerns. No matter what your personal struggle is, Counselling and Psychotherapy can help you to gain relief from your symptoms and many people find it an enriching experience. As an Integrative Therapist I believe that the best chance for creating sustained change is to have a variety of techniques to help me 'tailor' my approach to suit your needs.
In addition to working with adults, I have experience of helping older teenagers and young adults.
