Hello and welcome, my name is Tina, and I am a qualified Humanistic and Psychodynamic therapist based in London. I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to all their code of ethics. I truly believe that with the right help and support people can overcome their difficulties in order to live a healthier and happier life. One of my core beliefs is trust. I see this as a vital part of the therapeutic alliance between the client and the therapist. I take an anti-discriminatory, LGBTQ+ affirmative stance, and I am open to difference in all its forms.
My unique style of working is truly integrative with a mixture of humanistic, psychodynamic and new modern scientific evidence-based techniques. Counselling can be a rollercoaster of emotions where it can feel scary and lonely. I work towards understanding my client’s needs and each therapy session is tailor made to suit them with this in mind.
