I spent 15 years working as a Relate Counsellor, alongside this I have built up a successful Practice Practice working with couples, individuals, children and young people, supporting them in improving their emotional and mental well-being. I offer a bespoke ‘wrap-around’ approach setting activities between each session, which allows on-going personal growth and development. By supporting you to explore difficulties, my aim is to facilitate you to have a deeper awareness of your core triggers and understanding of your patterns of behaviours, leading to lasting change.
The majority of the time, your difficulties may come from childhood experiences, and social influences you have been surrounded by growing up. It does not mean you have had to have a difficult childhood, however, you are ‘conditioned‘ by your upbringing. The way you have experienced your childhood will determine, and influence your life experiences
I offer a down to earth approach, with genuine care of others well-being. It is important that my clients feel emotionally safe and not judged when working with me. I believe I have an understanding of how difficult it can be when we go through tough times and how painful and isolating this can be for you.
