Talking to an experienced therapist can help you to understand and alleviate these feelings. You are not alone with this, it is common to struggle with thinking and feelings, at different times of our lives. I can offer you a safe counselling space. A place where we can talk and get to know each other. We will seek to understand the problems you are facing, whether this is caused by current issues or events from your past and we look at how we might alleviate them. We will use your existing strengths and develop new skills to understand and empower yourself.
