I am a pluralistic therapist with a Masters in Developmental Psychology. For the last few years I have been working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I have experience in the areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual and physical abuse, to name but a few.  Pluralistic counselling is a flexible, client-centred therapeutic approach that emphasises shared decision-making and integrates various therapeutic methods to meet individual client needs. The goal of pluralism is to create and develop an approach to therapy that is flexible and suited to the needs of each individual client.
I believe that different people will need different things throughout their therapeutic journeys and Pluralism is a great way to achieve this.  Some days you may need to just vent about life’s frustrations, sometimes you will want to explore how memory, the brain and how anxiety works.
My focus is on you and what you need to get to where you want to be. Whatever you need help and support with, be it depression, anxiety, self harm, past, historical or present abuse or you just don't feel like your old self anymore. I am here to support you with whatever you want to bring.
