I also work with relationship difficulties and have experience working with issues related to menopause. I have 16 years experience of working as an integrative counsellor, in both a community and hospital based environment. I offer both short term solution therapy or longer in depth counselling depending on your needs. I draw upon a range of modalities that best fit my client and use appropriate techniques that support this way of working.

I am currently in a position to offer zoom or telephone counselling. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards change, growth, and healing.
