I am an EMDR-trained Integrative Counsellor with over 18 years’ experience. Alongside my private practice, I provide counselling services on a sessional basis for Priory North London and Bupa, specialising in trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, fears, phobias and relationship difficulties. I also support clients with menopause-related concerns and those affected by addiction, helping them to understand and overcome the challenges they are facing and move forward
