Hello, I am Tina and I understand how challenging life can be especially if we have others relying on us, be it family, friends or colleagues. Life events can trigger changes to our relationships or career, leaving us feeling lost, perhaps your past is still defining you, or maybe life hasn’t turned out the way you had hoped. Sometimes we just lose ourselves and our direction. It can be difficult to share these feelings with family and friends - this is where I can offer you a warm, non-judgmental, safe space to explore and navigate any issues you are experiencing.
Working previously in a pressurised corporate environment highlighted the unhealthy coping mechanisms we can develop to cope with stress. Although i draw upon a range of practices, I feel the relationship has the most healing potential, so together we reflect on the difficulties and emotions you may be experiencing, in an accepting, trusting environment.
I appreciate how difficult it can be taking that first step but I aim to make you feel as safe and comfortable as possible, somewhere you can speak freely without fear of judgement, and I can learn what life is really like for. Together we can look at what isn't working for you, with a view to empowering you to make your own changes.
