As an experiential relational counsellor, I offer weekly sessions for both short and long term therapy. I can support you with manifestations of anxiety and depression; grief; relational struggles within family and romance; PTSD + trauma; lack of life purpose and meaning; psychedelic integration; spiritual emergence/awakenings, and more.
