Hello, I help with both short term Counselling for life issues which can cause stress and anxiety, such as loss, change, bullying, feeling stuck etc. and longer term Psychotherapy for issues which have their roots in your past, including; Low self esteem, Depression and learned unhelpful patterns of behaviour. Working together we create an environment of trust, empathy and support where you can safely share your concerns for understanding and resolution.
I am an Integrative therapist which means I am qualified to practice by combining different models of Psychotherapy, namely Psycho analysis, Psycho dynamic, Transactional analysis, C.B.T, Gestalt, Humanistic and Transpersonal. This approach enables me to individually tailor your therapy, adapting and changing with you as you grow and progress
My approach is Holistic. During therapy we take in to account the whole of you, which includes your thinking processes [mind], expression of feelings [emotions], the well being of your body and environment [physical] and the inner being or essence of you [spiritual].
