I am a qualified integrative, relational counsellor based in South East London. I am a Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP) and work in line with their Code of Ethics. I practice from my calm, quiet, private garden space, surrounded by trees and nature, in between Hither Green and Catford. I also offer sessions online via Zoom. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental and supportive space where you will be properly listened to, and where we can work together to more fully understand your situation and collaborate to find ways to help you move towards feeling more free, creative, joyful and whole.
Being integrative means I draw from a range of different approaches and traditions to assist with your unique needs as my client. It is my view that no single approach holds the ‘key’ to all problems. It helps to have multiple perspectives to address what might be bothering you. I am a diversity inclusive therapist and welcome all clients to my practice.
I offer a free 15 minute introductory chat, normally via Zoom, where we can discuss what brings you to therapy now, and how I might help. We can then arrange an initial session, which is charged at my usual rate (£75 for 50 minutes), to meet and see if you think the fit is right to work together. There is no obligation to continue after the initial session.
