Hello, You will find Counselling with me to be a warm and comfortable environment in which you can talk about your life safely. I believe that developing an honest and trusting relationship between counsellor and client is essential. My therapy is based on building an understanding of how your life up to today, has influenced how you feel, think and behave now. We will also look at understanding how the mind and body connection is working for you now and how you can improve that connection.
I think that any person who has made the choice to look for a therapist has made the first and most important step on their path to better mental health. I will draw on all of the areas of my training and ongoing professional development to find the best way of working with you to help you to develop new ways of thinking and coping with your life.
I offer Counselling to Adults, Young people and children over the age of 11. I have also trained in the use of Neuro-Linguistic processing, Trauma and recovery, Working with Adolescent Mental Health, CBT for Eating Disorders in the Young, Online counselling and Sound Therapy. I can help you work through your issues in an open honest and friendly way.
