My approach is relational, informed by both psychodynamic and person centred theories, which means that I draw from a wide body of theory, exploring how our pasts influence our presents, as well as what is happening in the 'here and now'.
I will work with you to help you gain insight, awareness, and understanding of yourself and your situation, and to support you to find better strategies for leading a more functional and ultimately more fulfilling life.
