Hello, I am a BACP qualified counsellor/ therapist and registered mental health nurse. I provide talking therapies in a safe, confidential, and accepting way. I believe anyone can fulfil their potential and live a happier life, but sometimes things get in the way - life can feel hard with many obstacles that, at times, can feel too difficult to tackle.
My approach is called "integrative" and uses a range of therapies tailored to what you find most enabling and energising. Please do ask more about what therapies I primarily use.
In our initial appointment/s we will spend time exploring your day to day experiences and build a picture of your life so far. We will subsequently work creatively together to help you understand yourself better, but also move forward in a positive and enabling way - to live your life in the way you want to.
