Face to face sessions for adults and young people aged 11 +, located close to Buckingham, in a peaceful countryside setting. Where appropriate, I encourage my clients to take some of their counselling outdoors. This allows you, if you wish, to engage with the healing from nature to complement your therapy and is proving to be very effective. Many of my clients find beneficial outcomes are often achieved in 6 to 10 sessions.
I worked as a volunteer counsellor for Carers MK as part of my training and have a particular interest in offering carer support. I have full public liability insurance and hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
