I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. My approach is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and change.

I can support you with the struggles life brings—whether that’s anxiety, low mood, loss, stress at work or relationship issues. Counselling provides a safe space to unpack both recent and past difficult experiences, as well as longstanding ways of relating that may be shaping your life. Through thoughtful exploration, I can help you make sense of your story.
My background in medicine has given me an understanding of how illness can affect emotional wellbeing. I work with people living with the impact of serious illness, as well as those supporting a loved one through a difficult healthcare journey. I also support healthcare professionals facing burnout, workplace pressures, or relationship challenges
I work with adults—both individuals and couples— and offer weekly sessions either in person or online. Sessions can be open-ended or time-limited, depending on your needs.
