As an English, Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking HCPC Chartered, EuroPsy Registred Psychologist with NHS experience, I work with people whose challenges often sit at the crossroads of mental health and cultural identity. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, or bicultural identity questions, alongside relationship pressures, career challenges, or family expectations that cut across cultures. I offer online therapy in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with flexible evening sessions across UK, Europe and international time zones.
With over 14 years of NHS and private practice experience working with individuals, couples and families, I provide therapy designed around you. My training spans CBT, humanistic therapy, DBT and compassion-focused approaches, so our work adapts to your needs, whether you are seeking relief from difficult symptoms or a deeper understanding of yourself.
I hold a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and am HCPC-registered and BPS Chartered. As an NHS Senior Psychologist in complex mental health and an approved Clinical Supervisor, I bring clinical depth alongside genuine cultural understanding.
