Sessions are a safe space where people of all ages are welcomed and supported to access therapeutic treatments either online or face-to-face from my consulting room near Caernarfon, Gwynedd. I offer warmth and compassion, and my strong interest is in providing an accessible, person centred, inclusive service. I aim to help people feel empowered through careful listening, especially in respect of people who maybe neurodivergent, have not always felt understood, experienced difficulty getting their voice heard, or struggled with communicating verbally.
I am experienced in working with children, young people and adults to support with a range of difficulties, including historical trauma and abuse, anxiety, stress, depression, low mood, relationship difficulties, bereavement, and changes in life circumstances. I also offer advice and consultation to parents and carers.
Sometimes the process of making creative work can help to ease difficult feelings. When something is too heavy or complicated to understand, making a picture or model may help a person begin talking about it. As a qualified Art Psychotherapist I can support you to find things you enjoy doing, develop new skills and coping strategies, or to express yourself.
