I’m Tiff – an accredited psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, and couples therapist with over a decade of experience. Since 2011, I’ve been supporting adults, young people, and couples with a range of emotional, relational, and health-related challenges.
I specialise in anxiety, neurodiversity (including ADHD and autism), chronic illness, and couples work. I also supervise other therapists and have done so since 2015.
Alongside my private practice, I’m a visiting lecturer in solution focused therapy at the University of Plymouth, and a senior lecturer at CPHT – the UK’s leading hypnotherapy training school.
My approach is compassionate and practical, focused on helping you feel better quickly, build understanding, resolve stuck patterns and equipping you with the confidence and tools to maintain those changes for the long term. I work within a solution-focused, integrative model, underpinned by current neuroscience and the psychology of human needs
