If you are here then perhaps you are finding life quite tough at the moment; I am sorry that things are challenging and hope we can work together to make things feel lighter for you. Stories are powerful and I believe a lot of us carry round a story about ourselves that isn't necessarily our own but was given to us by someone else. I offer a safe and confidential space in which to explore these stories and what it might be like if there was a chance for you to re-narrate your own life.
As a Humanistically trained therapist I work with you as a whole human being as opposed to looking at symptoms alone, although these are certainly an important part of how you experience life. I also believe that you are the expert on your own life and will always be led by you and take things at your own pace.
