A key part of my practice is supporting people who cannot leave the house, due to agoraphobia, severe anxiety, disability, trauma recovery or overwhelm in unfamiliar spaces. I also work on-line with adults facing trauma, anxiety, identity questions, low mood, relationship patterns, instability or addiction. Many come feeling overwhelmed or disconnected.
I offer a calm, safe space, whether in‑home or in‑person, helping clients explore their story, regulate emotions and move toward clarity, stability and confidence.
I specialise in integrative counselling, combining relational, somatic, CBT, psychodynamic and person‑centred approaches. I support clients to regulate emotions, understand patterns, rebuild self‑worth and create lasting change through steady, collaborative therapeutic work, including in‑home support for those unable to leave the house.
