I work with adults (18+) who may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, or feeling stuck and overwhelmed by life. Many come to me at a point where they want to understand themselves better and make meaningful change, but aren’t sure where to start. I aim to offer a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and not judged. Together, we work at your pace to make sense of what’s going on and gently build tools and insight that help you move forward with more confidence and clarity.
I offer evidence-based psychological support drawing on my clinical training and experience in NHS mental health services. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related difficulties, supporting you to develop practical coping strategies alongside deeper emotional understanding. Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and tailored to your needs.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been managing things on your own for a while. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can talk things through at your own pace. If you’re feeling unsure, that’s completely okay, we can start from wherever you are right now.
