Most people come to counselling with a big story - a life full of experiences and challenges that brought them to where they are now. I'd like to hear your story if you would like to tell it. I am a relational, TA-trained counsellor with extensive experience in working with trauma, including survivors of sexual violence. Together we can work on understanding how trauma impacts the body and mind, to find healing and self- compassion. I enjoy working with the LGBTQI+ community, and have specific experience in working with Trans clients. I also offer knowledgeable support to people struggling with PMT/PMDD and/or (peri) menopause.

You might just now feel stuck, lost, or unsure there is any way forward. Through therapy in a safe space I can meet you where you are and see if we can navigate our way 'through the woods'. We can find ways to make this part of your journey easier, whilst exploring and appreciating the difficulties and experiences you have encountered along the way.
