Hello, my name is Tom and I offer a supportive, kind, non-judgemental space to help you explore whatever it is you are going through. You might be feeling anxious, depressed or stressed, going through life changes, struggling with relationships, self-worth, looking to explore yourself, your identify or understand & change behaviours. Much of my work supports clients with depression, anxiety, relationships, identity & self-esteem. I also specialise in working with LGBTQIA+ communities. Through therapy I aim to help you work towards whatever goals you have. I have been working in private practice since 2018.
I combine several therapeutic theories & techniques to offer a bespoke service tailoring my approach to you & your needs. I have extensive therapeutic experience, a MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy Practice, a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and teach Counselling to trainees. I am also a supervisor offering clinical supervision to fellow therapists.
Our work together will be strictly confidential, giving you the confidence to know you can share what’s on your mind and that your thoughts will stay with me. No matter who you are, what you have experienced or what’s happening now I am here to listen and provide you with therapeutic support. Sessions are on a weekly basis, last 50 minutes and are online.

Growing up as a queer man brings with it many difficulties that can impact our lives and our mental health. This therapy group aims to provide a therapeutic space for queer men to process their experiences, start a journey of discovery, healing and understanding. During 8 weeks of online, focused group therapy, you will be surrounded by those who understand and supported by a queer therapist. You will be guided each week by Tom on a range of themes that often impact queer men.
