Welcome, my names Tom. I’m a BACP Registered Counsellor based out of Bournemouth, Dorset and I offer local face to face counselling, or Online and Telephone counselling to clients based anywhere within the UK. I work within a Humanistic Integrative Approach, and I aim to help you to find own answers and to make decisions, choices and changes that align with your values and beliefs. I will provide a therapeutic relationship that's authentic, understanding and non-judgmental, where we can process and explore your unique thoughts, feelings and experiences together.
I’m able to work with a range of problems, issues & difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationship struggles & more. I’m an Autism-Informed counsellor & have additional training in working therapeutically with autistic clients. I also have additional training in offering counselling both online & over the phone.
