Welcome, my names Tom. I’m a BACP Registered and Autism-Informed Counsellor based out of Bournemouth, Dorset. I offer local face to face counselling or Online and Telephone counselling to clients (18 and above) based anywhere within the UK. I work within a Humanistic Integrative Approach, and I aim to help you to find your own answers and to make decisions, choices and changes that align with your values and beliefs. I offer a therapeutic relationship that's authentic, understanding and non-judgmental, where we can process and explore your unique thoughts, feelings and experiences together.
I’m an Autism-Informed counsellor with lived experience & specialist training in working with neurodivergent clients. Autism & ADHD are key areas of my ongoing training & I work in a Neurodivergent Affirming way. I can support with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, meltdowns, shutdown, burnout & more.
I offer a warm, supportive space where we can go at your pace. You’re welcome to reach out to explore how I can potentially support you. Please note that I am unable to provide an emergency service for clients. If you need urgent support, please call your GP, 999 or go to A&E.
