Hi, I'm Sarah, a counselling psychotherapist, life coach, experienced mental illness counsellor, couples therapist, young people counsellor, sex/kink/BDSM therapist, and trauma experienced counsellor. I offer my own style of counselling and coaching, which is realistic, open-minded, challenging, and adaptable. I really do care about my clients. I aim to empower them! I offer different perspectives to help clients understand themselves and others. I'm open about my life experiences to help clients feel less alone. I'm neurodivergent. An LGBTQIA member, passionate trans ally, and regularly attend transgender & crossdressing groups.
I have professional & lived experience of mental illnesses, gender identity, relationship issues, sexuality, sexual difficulties, sexual addiction, abuse, trauma, neurodivergence, and Kink/BDSM. I truly empathise with clients due to my life experiences of childhood abuse, sexual abuse, grief, abusive relationships, divorce, and mental health struggles. I have both lived and professional experience of BPD/EUPD, DID, ODD, psychosis, bipolar, and schizophrenia.
