As a Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist, I help individuals and couples overcome the barriers that hold them back from living satisfying, sex-positive lives, and from having meaningful, deeply connective relationships.
I am an integrative therapist (a psychological approach that uses multiple therapy models depending on the patient's needs), with a particular interest in Gestalt (present moment and self-awareness) and Psychodynamic (the root of behaviours). My style is expert, direct, open, honest, sometimes confronting, empathetic, and truth-finding.
Sex and relationships impact us all, so I’m here to create impactful change with all the messy and beautiful elements of being human. Areas I can help with: sexual dysfunction and exploration, communication & conflict, desire and intimacy, rebuilding trust, navigating big life challenges, IVF, loss.
