I am an experienced Psychodynamic counsellor registered with the BACP (British Association of Counselling Psychotherapists) and I work with adults covering a wide range of issues both short, medium and long term such as Anxiety, being unable to cope, depression and loss
I am non-judgemental and empathic and offer you a safe and confidential environment to work in. My style of counselling looks at where unhelpful patterns of life in the past may be impacting you in your present day to day life, and how becoming aware of these can be helpful for change.
