I'm Theresa, a warm, approachable and experienced counsellor offering you support either face to face from my base in Mansfield Woodhouse, online or by telephone.
I work with individuals and couples with variety of life events and challenges. Couples work includes intimate relationships or other types of relationship such as mother/ daughter.
I will listen to your individual needs, supporting you to to understand more about yourself, where you are in life and what you want from it. We’ll work through your challenges together, working towards your personal aims and empowering you for your future.
I can support you with bereavement and loss, anxiety, feeling low or depressed, low self-esteem, neurodivergence and relationship issues. I have significant experience working with trauma and abuse, including childhood sexual abuse. Together we can work through your life transitions such as menopause, divorce and living with long-term health conditions.
I have lived experience of dementia and neuro-diversity, and experience within rural and care sectors.
