In the 50 minute session of 1-1 person- centred therapy I work with your values and help to unravel emotional anxiety that is distressing for adults, children, older adults and young people. I offer long-term or short term face-to-face work, online, telephone counselling, time-limited if requested. Most of my clients reach their goals in a short time.
The 50 minute session explores emotions at your pace. I work with a a non-judgemental acceptance and empathy and I am sensitive to working with your priorities. Emotional pain, guilt, shame and blame affects our ability to experience the fullness of life, so I offer support to resolve this. My clients have said that they wished they sought therapy sooner.
