Have you been feeling stuck, wobbly and disembodied lately? I’m Ting, and I provide a safe sanctuary where you can be, just as you are. My practice honours the body-mind connection, helping you process emotions in your body. Whether you are holding trauma, identity or relationship issues, you can see me in-person in Leeds City Centre and online.
I weave trauma-informed counselling with somatic techniques and 19 years of embodied experience in movement and touch as medicine for healing. In my therapy room we invite your body into the work, allowing you to build a deeper awareness and connection between your body and your mind. This helps us build a grounded sense of embodied wholeness.
