Hi, I'm Lula. I support adults online with grief, loss, relationships and self-esteem. Every person and experience is unique and I can promise you won't be put into a box or labelled. I believe grief, specifically, is not something to 'fix'. Together, we cultivate a safe space where you can show up authentically, as will I. Perhaps you'd like to reconnect with yourself, to your values and creativity. Perhaps you'd like to feel empowered in a flourishing relationship with a lost loved one, parents or a partner. Welcoming curiosity and all feelings, I look forward to meeting you.
I know that you, as an individual, have inherent value and you are not 'broken'. I would like for us to explore living alongside your pain, we can honour your past and live in there here-and-now whilst also exploring what your future may look like, if and when you're ready. My education and lived experience means I can understand you on a very human level.
It's brave to seek support. I totally know the feeling of 'I don't want to talk to a stranger' because I went through exactly that after a sudden, heart-shattering loss of my own. I can validate the pain and your experience. You aren't alone in your difficulties and complexities, you are human and we will work together at your pace, no rush, no expectations.
